Good afternoon everyone, I wanted to post some of the season's first soccer game with the Flames... they had two players missing and in the last five minutes of the game, the Flames were down by two, but they pulled it off and tied the game 5 to 5. Not too bad for their first game. I am sure everyone will see, Sarah Bell is so happy to be back out on the field playing! I do hope everyone is doing well and enjoying their Spring!

I just have a few images from the walk Sarah Bell and I took this afternoon while Janet and Lauren were away on the TOP trip (teens opposing poverty). As we all know, Sarah Bell is our little scientist, she just loves the outdoors and since it was 70 degrees here today, we could not resist the chance. Its only about a month away before the frogs start chirping and I am sure Sarah will drag her Daddy along to look for frogs... but I don't mind, that's what life is made for, memories with your daughter!

Today, though cold, we thought it would be nice to drive up to the Skyline Drive. Yes, believe it or not, they are open, though, many of the lodges are closed and once one got to Big Meadows, the drive was closed off because of the road conditions.

I wanted to send out some of the images from the Culpeper United Methodist Church 2008 Christmas Cantata that Lauren and Sarah took part in earlier today. There were two showings, one at 8:30 and then the other at 11:00; I arrived for the 11:00 showing. I must say, all the children did a FANTASTIC job and I know both Lauren and Sarah so enjoyed their time.

I wanted to send out some quick images of the Christmas Season fun the Culpeper Wilson's are having. All in all, a peaceful weekend, not too much going on, but we did make time to pick out and Christmas Tree on Saturday... the stranger is the owner of the farm with a 10 foot measuring stick. Yep, we only have 9 foot ceilings, but you know me, I did some trimming. :)

I wanted to send out some quick images of the Culpeper Wilson's Thanksgiving 2008. Some of the images are from my Birthday... Janet had the most beautiful cake made for me and was it ever delicious!

I know Halloween was last week and I am now just getting around to sending out some pictures, but I thought everyone could use a good smile tonight or tomorrow. The one of my with "Raggedy Andy" is Dr. Lee Simpson... I just could not laughing every time I saw him, too, too much.

What a busy day... first a soccer game, the Flames are still undefeated, they won 11 - 0! Then later, it was off to the 2008 Culpeper Air Fest to enjoy the show and beautiful weather. This was our first year at the event and did the girls and I ever have fun! Janet was not along because she was in Winchester taking her graduate school class, but I plan to have her with us next year; yes, I am already planning on attending.
